This draft explains data handling visible in NorthPitchUI’s current features. It does not make promises about provider retention, hosting regions or legal rights procedures that have not been confirmed.

Information used by the service
Account information can include email address, identity-provider identifiers, profile name and avatar. Projects can contain website addresses, product notes, screenshots, recordings, photos, logos, captions, audio, editing settings, campaign copy and usage records. Client reviewers provide their name, response and comments. Error reports may contain technical diagnostic information.
Why information is processed
Information is used to sign you in, save and reopen projects, generate requested creative suggestions, capture websites, render and export media, enforce usage and access limits, publish selected reviews, receive feedback and diagnose failures. Reviewers’ names and comments are shown to the presenter.
AI, capture and service providers
Lovable Cloud supports account authentication, project storage and application data. Requested AI operations can send supplied text, images and website evidence through the Lovable AI Gateway to model providers. Voice generation uses configured speech services. Website capture sends the requested URL and capture instructions to the capture service; signed-in capture can also process credentials you explicitly supply. Authentication providers process social sign-in. Avoid submitting secrets or unnecessary personal information. Provider retention, processing locations and contractual terms require separate confirmation.
Media visibility and client reviews
Project editing is account-scoped, but uploaded media is stored using publicly accessible file URLs. Anyone who obtains such a URL may access the file. Published embeds and client reviews expose selected assets. An unlisted review link is not a private vault or password-protected page. Revoking a review stops future page access, not access to previously copied media URLs or downloaded files. Redaction is an editing aid, not a guarantee; inspect exports before sharing.
Browser storage
The app uses browser storage for account sessions and certain local editor preferences. Browser processing may be used for video conversion and export. External sign-in services may use their own cookies or storage. This notice does not assert that every third-party tracking setting has been independently audited.
Retention, deletion and your choices
You can update available profile information, remove projects from the workspace, and revoke published review links and embeds. Removing a project is not a confirmed full storage, backup or third-party deletion procedure. There is not currently a self-service account deletion control. Exact retention periods, backup handling, request verification and privacy contact details must be established before this policy is finalized.
Controller and privacy contact
The operator’s legal identity and contact method, applicable privacy rights, international-transfer disclosures and any age restrictions require confirmation. This draft intentionally provides no invented contact details, retention guarantees or security certifications.
