Terms of Service
NorthPitchUI is a workspace for website captures, device mockups, product imagery, edited recordings, AI-assisted copy and campaign presentations. These draft terms describe current use and responsibilities.

Accounts and access
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not attempt to access other users’ projects, bypass usage limits or misuse the service. Features may require a signed-in account or paid entitlement.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in content you supply. Only upload, record, capture or share material you have permission to use, including website interfaces, logos, voices, photos and music. You authorize processing of that material to provide the functions you request. Do not upload unlawful content or material that violates privacy or intellectual-property rights. A concept campaign does not establish endorsement or a business relationship with the website owner.
AI-assisted work
AI produces suggestions and may make mistakes. Review copy, claims, timing, redaction and finished media before sharing. Outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, legally cleared, or commercially successful. AI usage is bounded; attempted requests, including failed attempts, use units. Shared safety limits and availability may pause requests.
Exports, branding and paid plans
Free accounts receive five total watermarked exports. Paid entitlement removes export watermarks and enables eligible tools. AI allowances remain bounded. Prices and plan features are described on the pricing page; new paid checkout is currently closed and this website collects no subscription payment. No new subscription or automatic renewal is created through the closed checkout.
Client reviews and public links
Publishing a review exposes your selected media and campaign copy to anyone holding the link. Links are unlisted, not password-protected. Review responses are not identity-verified and are not signatures or payment agreements. You can revoke future access to the review page; revocation does not recall files already saved, forwarded, cached or accessed through public storage URLs. Check for personal information and secure necessary permissions before publishing.
Acceptable use and service availability
Do not create deceptive impersonations, fraudulent claims, harmful content or unauthorized recordings. Do not probe security controls or abuse capture, AI, feedback or export services. Access may be restricted to protect users and the service. Website capture, conversion and playback depend on source compatibility and external services; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
Legal operator and requests
The operator’s legal name, contact method, governing jurisdiction, termination/deletion procedures and legally appropriate liability provisions must be confirmed before these terms are finalized. No business identity, legal address or dispute venue is implied by this draft.
